DATA MANAGEMENT

PRL provides fully customizable study database configuration.  Our proprietary information system and data management practices comply with regulatory requirements, and conform to industry standardization models and methods.

FLEXIBLE REPORTING OPTIONS

We understand that your study has its own data reporting needs.  PRL presents test results as protocol objectives indicate – in conventional and SI units, flagged per your criteria for demographics, alert values, deltas, toxicity grading, and blinded as specified.  Study management reports are available.

PRL provides a standard data format that is compliant with all guidelines established by the CDISC laboratory group.  For those clients choosing to use the CDISC format, we are pleased to provide data transfer services at a discounted rate.  Our programming staff is available to assist with customization of the data output to meet your database requirements.

In addition to the transfer of study data, PRL will provide Remote Access to our clients wishing to view their laboratory reports via the Internet.  We are also able to satisfy ad hoc report requests that will assist in the evaluation of trends and the tracking of study progress.

Routine results reports are available within 24 hours of specimen receipt.  Upon completion, reports will be faxed to the designated recipients.  Multi-part NCR reports are available for delivery by US Mail or courier, as study requirements dictate.
