Physicians Reference Laboratory's Patient Care Services (PCS) Department is staffed with customer service professionals who strive to respond to all client inquiries
in a timely, accurate and friendly manner. Clients may call with questions ranging from:

PCS may be reached by calling 913-338-4090

PCS is staffed:

• Monday through Friday
  6:00 am to 12:00 am CST
• Saturday and Sunday
  8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST

Telephone inquiries, after these hours, are answered by the Clinical Laboratory which is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
